如果您在Ontario经营或管理工作场所——办公室、商店、工地或工厂——法律要求您在员工中配备足够的受训急救员，以便在紧急情况下随时救助同事。
雇主的义务——为救助同事
工作场所急救并非一种职业资格：这是雇主的义务，即根据员工人数和风险等级指定并培训足够的急救员，使得同事受伤时有人能立即施救。具体人数和规定取决于Ontario适用的法规。
Ontario的法律要求
需要多少名指定急救员？
Rule keyed to workers per shift: 1-5 workers = 1 Emergency First Aid worker + section 8 kit; 6-15 = 1 Standard First Aid worker + section 9 kit; 16-199 = section 10 kit (with stretcher and blankets); 200+ = a first-aid room (section 11) staffed by a Registered Nurse or Standard First Aid worker. At least one trained first aider must be present on every shift.

Regulation 1101 recognizes Emergency or Standard First Aid from a WSIB-approved provider; the practical portion is normally in person (blended format accepted).

- Regulation 1101 sits under the WSIA (accident-insurance statute) and is administered by the WSIB, not under the Occupational Health and Safety Act — an Ontario peculiarity.
- The system is driven by workers per shift rather than a hazard rating, unlike most CSA-aligned provinces.
- Employers must post WSIB Form 82 'In Case of Injury at Work' and keep a record of first aid treatments given.

CSA Z1210-17急救员 - CSA Z1210-17 - 16小时 - 医疗保健专业人员
本课程为期16小时的急救培训符合CSA Z1210-17标准，专为医疗保健专业人员设计。培训结束后，学员将获得为期两年的有效认证，满足CSA Z1210-17标准中「中级急救培训」的要求。相关能力每年更新一次，培训须每两年续期一次以保持认证有效。本课程专为护士设计，可加强长期护理中心（CHSLD）及其他护理环境中受益人的安全。
CSA Z1210-17急救 – 中级（16小时）- 符合CSA Z1210-17标准
成功完成本次为期十六（16）小时的中级急救面授培训后，学员将获得有效证书，符合CSA Z1210-17标准中规定的「中级急救培训」要求。
确实需要“工作场所急救”证书？
该特定法定证书必须在立法机构处完整完成：Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)。
Since the modernized program (June 22, 2026), only WSIB-approved providers may certify in Ontario. A non-approved provider cannot issue the recognized certificate; non-approved online training only complements.
